Stainless steel sintered filter Cartridges are porous filtration components manufactured through metal powder sintering technology. By sintering stainless steel powders (such as 316L/304) under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, they form rigid filter media with a uniform, microporous structure, enabling highly precise filtration of impurities in fluids.
I. Ss Sintered Filter Cartridge Basic Information
Material composition: Base material: 316L/304L stainless steel powder (low carbon, excellent corrosion resistance).
Optional coating: PTFE coating (improves surface accuracy).
Manufacturing process: Graded powder → Mold pressing and forming → Hydrogen/vacuum protection sintering (1100~1300℃).
Form three-dimensional, connected microporous structure. Filter precision: 1~100μm (standard range, customizable to 0.5μm).
Working limit: temperature resistance: -60℃ ~ +500℃ (long time ≤400℃); pressure resistance: ≤1.5MPa (design according to wall thickness).
Connection: flat press type/socket type/flange welding (ISO 2852 standard).
II. Sintered Filter Cartridge Core Application Areas:
Industrial hydraulic particle filtration (NAS 1638 grade) for hydraulic oil and lubricants
Petrochemical: solvent purification, catalyst recovery, pipeline impurity interception
Food and beverage end filtration (FDA certified) for beer, dairy products, and syrups.
Environmental: water treatment, reverse osmosis pretreatment, circulating water system protection, sewage solid liquid separation
Energy equipment: fuel injection system filtration, gas turbine intake purification
