Application scenarios
1.Pretreatment and filtration: RO pre-installation, industrial cooling water, pharmaceuticals, chemical liquids, inks, etc.
2.High temperature/corrosion conditions: boiler water treatment, acid and alkali solution filtration, oil field water injection, etc.
3.Food and beverage category: PP filter element can be used for drinking water and beverage initial filtration
Select suggestions
1.Select filter material: Choose PP (food/general liquid), cotton yarn (light chemical, low cost), and glass fiber (high temperature resistance/chemical) according to the application.
2.Determine length and diameter: Selection based on system flow and housing size (common 10″, 20″...).
3.Filtration level: Accuracy from 1µm to 150µm, selected according to particle size.
4.Temperature and pressure working conditions: If the high temperature/differential pressure is high, choose glass fiber + SUS structure. PP type suitable for normal temperature and low pressure.
5.Differential pressure monitoring: The shell is designed to be transformed with core ΔP to 1–2bar, and the maintenance is timely.
