Pleated Microporous Filter:

The Pleated Microporous Filter is a filtration device that adopts a folded microporous membrane filter core and a high-quality stainless steel outer cylinder. It features high filtration accuracy, fast transition speed, low adsorption, no medium shedding, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. Its structural design is convenient. The cylinder is connected by quick-installation clamps or quick-opening ring head bolts, which is easy to maintain and clean. The inner surface is mirror-polished to meet the 'FDA' and 'GMP' standards. This equipment is divided into chemical grade and food grade. The latter is manufactured in accordance with FDA standards, and is widely used in multiple industrial fields such as medicine, chemical engineering, electronics, and beverages.

Filter cartridge types: PP microporous pleated filter cartridge, PTFE microporous pleated filter cartridge, PES microporous pleated filter cartridge.

The Pleated Filter Cartridge pore sizes are 0.1 μ m, 0.22 μ m, 1 μ m, 3 μ m, 5 μ m, and 10 μ m, and they are classified into hydrophobic and hydrophilic types.

Filter cartridges are available in: 1-core, 3-core, 5-core, 7-core, 9-core, 11-core, 13-core, and 15-core.

High‑Flow Pleated Filter Cartridge:

The high-flow filter cartridgeis developed and designed for large-diameter and high-flow-rate pipelines. Its filter cartridge components adopt high-flow filter elements with an opening rate greater than 50% and a straight-through structure, which combine to achieve the maximum flow rate and the minimum pressure difference, significantly reducing the overall size and weight. When the filter is not in use, it only needs to be cleaned and maintained by one person.
