Sterile Filtration of Critical Pharmaceutical Liquids

Perform terminal sterilization (0.22μm or 0.1μm) before filling for non-terminally sterilized injections (e.g., vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, eye drops) and oral liquids to ensure product sterility. Hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PES) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) materials are adopted, which must pass integrity testing and withstand in-situ steam sterilization (SIP) or offline sterilization.
