2. The maximum working differential pressure can reach 1.6MPa, allowing stable operation within a certain pressure range. Some data indicate that its applicable temperature can reach 80℃, and the maximum pressure it can withstand is up to 30MPa. However, there may be slight differences in these parameters among products produced by different manufacturers.

Mainly used in hydraulic and lubrication systems to filter solid particles, colloidal substances, and other pollutants in the working medium, effectively controlling the pollution degree of the working medium and ensuring the normal operation of the system. For example, in hydraulic systems, it can prevent impurities from entering hydraulic components, avoiding component wear, jamming, or blockage, thereby extending the service life of the hydraulic system and improving system reliability.

Application Scope:
1. Thermal and nuclear power fields: Used for purification of turbine, boiler lubrication systems, speed control systems, bypass control systems, as well as feedwater pumps, fans, and dust removal systems.
2. Mechanical processing equipment: Suitable for lubrication systems of papermaking machinery, mining machinery, injection molding machines, and large precision machinery, as well as purification of compressed air. It can also be used for dust collection and filtration in tobacco processing equipment and coating equipment.
3. Industrial oils: Can be used for impurity filtration of various industrial oils during use, such as hydraulic oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, refrigerating oil, and lubricating oil. These oils may mix with impurities such as mechanical impurities, water, and air for various reasons during use. Using this filter element can effectively remove impurities and reduce damage to equipment.

It has the characteristics of precise filtration and high-efficiency filtration, which can accurately remove fine impurities in hydraulic oil to ensure the cleanliness of the oil. At the same time, the filter cartridgealso has properties such as acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, and low-temperature resistance, enabling it to adapt to different working environments and medium requirements. In addition, some hydraulic oil filter elements are equipped with bypass valves. When the system pressure reaches a certain level, the bypass valve opens, which can protect the system safety.
