Microporous membrane filters are a new type of filtration equipment developed in recent years both domestically and internationally. They can filter out particles and bacteria larger than 0.1 um from liquids and gases. They feature high filtration precision, fast filtration speed, low adsorption, no media shedding, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and ease of operation. As these filters can remove most particles, they are widely used in fine filtration and sterilization processes.
CHARACTERISTICS
It is lightweight with a rational structure, featuring easy assembly and disassembly, thorough cleaning, and resistance to material accumulation and bacterial growth. It also boasts a large flow rate, fast filtration speed, low resistance and low pressure difference. Its inner and outer walls are polished (preventing material accumulation), with an attractive and neat appearance. Therefore, it is ideal equipment for the sterilizing or clarifying filtration of water and materials (such as culture media, liquid medicines, blood products, biological products and wine) in industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, beverage, electronics and instrumentation.It is equipped with hydrophobic filter cartridges (suitable for gases) and hydrophilic filter cartridges (suitable for liquids). Various filter cartridges can be selected according to requirements based on their characteristics and applications: polypropylene (PP) membrane filter cartridges, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane filter cartridges, and polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter cartridges.Filtration precision ranges from 0.1 μm to 60 μm, with four standard lengths: 10, 20, 30 and 40 inches (i.e., 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mm). The aforementioned filter cartridges have a pressure resistance of 0.45 MPa and can be backflushed. There are two interface types: plug-in type (with 222 and 226 bases) and flat-mouth type.

The filter is made of high-quality stainless steel (304/316L).

Filter cartridge materials include polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and polyethersulfone (PES).
For titanium rod filters, available pore sizes are 0.1 μm, 0.22 μm, 1 μm, 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, etc.
