Introduction to Filter Bag Housing

The bag filter housingis a versatile filtration device characterized by its innovative structure, compact design, simple and flexible operation, energy efficiency, high filtration efficiency, closed-system operation, and broad applicability. It represents a new generation of filtration systems. The device features a metal mesh basket that securely holds the filter bag in place. During operation, liquid enters through the inlet, undergoes filtration via the filter bag, and exits through the outlet, with impurities being retained within the filter bag. After replacing or cleaning thefilter bag, the system can be reused. Compared to security filter housing and other traditional filtration equipment, the bag filter housing offers advantages such as lower initial investment, longer service life, and reduced filtration costs. The structure of the filter bag housing is composed of three main components: the filter cylinder, the supporting mesh basket, and the filter bag. The supporting mesh basket is fabricated from high-strength steel plates with perforations, which effectively prevents the migration of filter bag fibers and ensures consistently high filtration efficiency.
