Introduction To Gas-liquid Filter Mesh

Gas-liquid filter mesh, also known as gas-liquid mesh, foam capture mesh, wire mesh demister, and knitted mesh, is a type of wire mesh woven by crochet needle weaving method. The product is mainly used for gas-liquid separation and foam removal in petroleum, chemical industry, automobile industry, and environmental protection engineering. It can also be used for electromagnetic shielding in construction engineering.

1：Material:

1）Metal wire: Stainless steel wire, galvanized iron wire, red copper wire, brass wire, nickel wire, titanium wire, alloy wire, etc.

2）Non-metallic wire: Polyethylene wire, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) wire, glass fiber wire, etc.

2: Woven Style: Single-wire weaving, double-wire weaving, multi-strand wire weaving gas-liquid filter mesh.

3: Three Standard Forms of Knitted Wire Mesh: Standard type, high permeability type, and high-efficiency type.

4:  Wire Diameter: Round wire with φ0.07mm - 0.55mm or flattened wire pressed from round wire (commonly used wire diameter: 0.20mm - 0.25mm). Wires with diameter ≤φ0.30mm can be woven in multiple strands, and the multi-strand weaving form can also be a combination of metal wire and fiber wire.

5: Mesh Size (Opening Size): Ranges from (2×3mm) to (4×5mm) and then to (12×6mm). In addition, the opening size can be fine-tuned according to customer requirements.

6: Opening Form: Alternating arrangement of large holes and small holes (the size of holes in the length direction is consistent, while the width is different).

7: Width Range: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, etc.
