PA/PE powder sintered filter elements are porous filter cartridges made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE) or polyamide (PA) through a high temperature sintering process. It has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and uniform micropore distribution. It is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, environmental protection, and other fields.
I. PA PA Sintered Filter Cartridge Basic Information
Material composition:
PA (polyamide): excellent oil resistance, high mechanical strength
PE (polyethylene): strong acid and alkali resistance, good flexibility
Optional composite structure: PA outer layer (strength support) + PE inner layer (chemical protection).
Manufacturing process: polymer powder → mold, pressing and molding → low temperature sintering (160~220℃).
Forming micron-scale, three-dimensional honeycomb pores; filtration precision: 5~100μm (customizable to 1μm).
Operating limit, working limit:
Temperature resistance: -40℃ ~ +80℃ (short time tolerance: 120℃).
Pressure resistance: ≤0.6MPa (skeletal reinforced can reach 1.0MPa).
Connection: chuck type/ threaded interface (ISO 9626 standard).
II. Sintered Filter Cartridge Core Application Areas:
Chemical and pharmaceutical: organic solvent filtration (acetone/DMF), sterilization prefiltration of medicinal solutions
Electroplating: coating acid bath (sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid), impurity interception in electroplating tank
Electronic chemicals: Developer, etching solution, ultra-pure purification (G3 particle control).
Food and beverage: filtration of vinegar, fruit juice, low concentration acid and alkali solutions
