I. Polyester Spiral Mesh Belt Definition and Overview: 

Polyester dryer mesh is an industrial conveyor belt woven mainly from high-strength polyester fibre (PET). Polyester Spiral Mesh forms a mesh structure through a special weaving process, featuring excellent tensile strength, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, and air permeability.Polyester Dryer Mesh Belt is widely used in continuous material transmission and processing procedures in multiple industries, such as papermaking, textile, food processing, environmental protection, and printing drying. 

II. Polyester Spiral Dry MeshCore Structure and Characteristics: 

1. Polyester Press Filter Mesh Belt Material Composition:

   Base material: Made of high-quality polyester monofilament or multi-strand multifilament weaving, it features high modulus, low elongation (≤1.5%), and fatigue resistance.

   
   

   Coating/treatment (optional): The surface can be coated with materials such as PTFE (Teflon), silicone, PVC, etc., to enhance wear resistance, non-stickiness, high-temperature resistance (up to 250℃), and chemical corrosion resistance.

   
   

   Edge treatment: Hot melt welding or high-frequency sewing technology is adopted to ensure that the interface is firm, flat, and not easy to come apart.

   
   

   2. Polyester Anti-Static Mesh Belt Structural type:

   Single-layer plain woven net: Basic structure, good air permeability, suitable for light-duty conveying.

   Multi-layer composite mesh: Enhances load-bearing capacity and stability through multi-layer weaving, suitable for heavy-duty or high-precision transmission.

   Spiral mesh belt: A combination of metal wire and polyester wire, featuring both flexibility and tensile strength.

   Special weaving (such as herringbone pattern, chain structure): Designed for anti-slip, flow diversion, precise positioning and other requirements.
