1. Melt Blowing: Weaving a Net for Deep Purification

The core secret of melt blown filter cartridges lies in their advanced melt blowing production process. Thermoplastic materials such as polypropylene are melted at high temperatures, then stretched by high-speed hot air flow through ultra-fine nozzles to form ultra-fine fibers. The three-dimensional fiber structure provides a large space for accommodating impurities, and can efficiently intercept suspended particles, colloids, sediment, rust, organic matter and other impurities of different particle sizes in liquids. Its dirt-holding capacity is significantly higher than that of surface-type filter cartridges of the same precision, effectively extending the replacement cycle and reducing operating costs.

The material itself is non-toxic, tasteless, and free of leachables, complying with food-grade (FDA) and pharmaceutical-grade (GMP) requirements, ensuring safety and reliability.

High Flow Rate and Low Pressure Drop:

The three-dimensional pore structure with good internal connectivity ensures low initial pressure drop and large flow rate when fluid passes through, reducing system energy consumption and improving filtration efficiency.

Fibers are naturally bonded, with a uniform and stable structure. When working within a reasonable pressure difference range, fiber shedding or "short circuit" of filtration channels is not easy to occur, ensuring reliable filtration effects.
