INTRODUCTION
Single-bag and multi-bag filters are versatile filtration equipment featuring a novel structure, compact size, simple and flexible operation, energy efficiency, efficient airtight operation, and strong adaptability. They boast advantages such as high filtration precision, large processing capacity, and convenient, quick use and maintenance. These filters can be widely applied in the filtration of paints, beer, vegetable oil, cosmetics, chemicals, petroleum products, textile chemicals, photosensitive chemicals, electroplating solutions, milk, mineral water, hot solvents, emulsions, industrial water, sugar water, resins, inks, industrial wastewater, fruit juices, edible oils, waxes, and more. This series of equipment includes single-bag type, multi-bag type, polypropylene liquid bag filters, and parallel filters. Additionally, they can be equipped with delivery pumps and assembled on mobile carts (as integrated units).
STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE
The main structure of a bag filter is divided into three parts: the filter vessel, the supporting mesh basket, and the quick-opening structure. This type of filter is a pressure-type filtration device. Liquid flows into the filter bag through the inlet pipe at the top or side of the filter. The filter bag itself is installed in the supporting mesh basket; when the liquid permeates through the filter bag of the required fineness grade, qualified filtrate can be obtained, and impurity particles are trapped by the filter bag. This filter allows for easy filter bag replacement, and there is basically no material consumption during the filtration process.

CHARACTERISTICS
The bag filter adopts a unique filtration design technology, which can effectively prevent the filter bag from sinking into the filter basket under working pressure, ensuring 100% no leakage. It is equipped with reasonably configured sealing rings, and an additional sealing ring is added between the inlet and outlet to ensure the reliability of the system seal. The bag filter features a compact structure and reasonable dimensions. It is simple and convenient to install and operate, with a small floor area. With high filtration precision, the bag filter is suitable for filtering any fine particles or suspended solids, and the filtration range is 0.1 μm - 200 μm. The bag filter has a large processing flow rate per unit filtration area, low filtration resistance, and high filtration efficiency. The filtration capacity of one filter bag is equivalent to 5 - 10 times that of the same type of filter cartridge, which can significantly reduce costs; the designed flow rate can meet the requirement of 40 m³/h. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for pre-filtration, intermediate filtration, or fine filtration.
