Specifically, bulk stainless steel powder is shaped through high-temperature sintering. During the manufacturing process, the spherical powder is not subjected to external forces, and the sintering temperature is also strictly controlled within a certain range. Therefore, the spherical powder remains in a spherical shape, and pores are formed between the particles. Both the porosity and the size of the pores can be customized.
CHARACTERISTICS
It has various porosities (28%-50%) and pore sizes (0.2 μm-100 μm). Its pores are crisscrossed, and it is resistant to high temperatures, rapid cooling and heating, as well as corrosion. It is suitable for a variety of corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. The stainless steel filter cartridge can resist corrosion from general acids, alkalis and organic substances, and is especially suitable for filtering sulfur-containing gases. It features high strength and good toughness, making it suitable for high-pressure environments. It can be welded for easy loading and unloading. The pore shape is stable and evenly distributed, ensuring stable filtration performance. It also has excellent regeneration performance - after repeated cleaning and regeneration, the filtration performance can be restored to over 90%. This filter cartridge can be used in environments containing nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, phosphoric acid, 5% hydrochloric acid, molten sodium, liquid hydrogen, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide, acetylene, water vapor, hydrogen, coal gas, carbon dioxide gas, etc.
