Working Principle of Bag Type Precision Filter

The bag type precision filter is a high-efficiency liquid filtration device widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, water treatment and other industries. It adopts a unique filter bag structure, which can effectively remove micro-particles and bacteria from liquids and ensure the quality of the filtered liquid.

Its working principle is to utilize the microporous structure of the filter bag to trap solid particles and bacteria in the liquid on the surface of the filter bag, thereby realizing liquid purification. When the liquid to be filtered passes through the bag filter, particles larger than the micropores of the filter bag are trapped on the bag surface, while particles smaller than the micropores pass through the filter bag and enter the filtrate side. Meanwhile, the tiny pores on the surface of the filter bag can adsorb and trap bacteria and other microorganisms in the liquid, which further ensures the quality of the filtered liquid.
