Applications

Primary air filtersare suitable for the primary filtration stage of air conditioning systems, mainly used to filter dust particles of 5 micrometers (μm) and above. They are generally applied as pre-filters in central air conditioning and centralized ventilation systems, as well as for inlet air pre-filtration of gas turbines and air compressors. They are also applicable to simple air conditioning and ventilation systems that only require a single-stage filtration process.

Frame Material: Aluminum alloy frame, plastic-sprayed protective net

Filter Material: Ceiling filter cotton

Product Features: Low air resistance, large air volume, washable, and long service life. The frame structure is sturdy and stable, preventing the filter from deformation or damage even under harsh working conditions. It can be designed with a detachable structure to facilitate filter media replacement, realizing the reuse of the frame body. The filter media is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fiber with a fluffy and gradually dense fiber structure, which ensures high dust holding capacity, better protects the downstream filters and extends their service life.

Filtration Efficiency: The efficiency grades of large-grid primary filters are G3 and G4, corresponding to a gravimetric efficiency of 75-90%.

Air Resistance: The initial resistance of the primary air filter is 65~70 Pa, and the final resistance is 250~300 Pa.
