PE filter bags are industrial filtration components made from polyethylene (PE). They utilise needle-punched non-woven fabric technology to create a three-dimensional filter layer, featuring loose fibres and high contaminant capacity.
The double flow mode is adopted, the large particles are retained on the surface, and the fine particles are adsorbed in the deep layer. The filtration accuracy covers 5-300 microns, and the single filtration efficiency reaches 90%.
Polyethylene filter bags feature a loose, fibrous structure that enhances impurity retention capacity. Operating in a dual-stage filtration mode, it effectively removes both solid and soft particles: larger particles are trapped on the fiber surface, while finer particles are captured within the filter material's deeper layers. The design ensures durability against pressure-induced damage during operation, while maintaining high filtration efficiency. Additionally, its exterior layer undergoes high-temperature surface heat treatment through instant sintering and polishing technology. This prevents fiber dispersion caused by high-speed liquid impact during filtration, eliminating fiber detachment-induced filtrate contamination. Unlike traditional roller pressing methods that may cause excessive pore clogging and shortened filter bag lifespan, this innovative approach maintains low pressure differentials without compromising flow velocity.
