The stainless steel pleated filter cartridgeis a filtration device that primarily uses 304 and 316L stainless steel fibre sintered felt and woven mesh as the filtering medium. A multi-pleated folding process is employed to form the filter layer, and the sealed surfaces are treated through TIG welding to ensure leak-proof performance, high-temperature resistance (up to 500°C) and corrosion resistance. The filter cartridge has a filtration accuracy of 1–200 µm, supports threaded interfaces such as 222 and 226, and operates within a pressure differential range of 0.1–30 MPa. It can also withstand axial loads and fluid pressure impacts.
The product is self-cleaning thanks to its dynamic pleated filter mechanism, which involves the pleats rotating to discharge contaminants during backwashing. Performance evaluations include the first bubble point pressure, contaminant capacity and mechanical strength. The first bubble point pressure must reach at least 90% of the rated value of the filter material. Filter cartridge SS316widely used in the petroleum, chemical, medical and food and beverage industries, it effectively filters high-temperature gases, purifies liquids and intercepts microorganisms. The filter cartridge can be repeatedly cleaned using chemicals, at a high temperature or with ultrasound, and has a large filtration area and low pressure drop.

6.Pressure rating: ≤1.0 MPa (standard model); high-pressure custom configurations available up to 10 MPa.
7.Metallic cartridge filter core materials: 316L stainless steel (universal), Hastelloy (corrosion-resistant), titanium alloy (biocompatible) and nickel-based alloy (high-temperature resistant).
