PE/PA Sintered Filter Cartridge Application Technical Parameters

The PE/PA sintered filter cartridge adopts cross-flow solid-liquid separation. It is used for filtering solid particle impurities in liquids, clarifying filtration of industrial wastewater, filtration of drinking water, and filtering dust and oil mist in gases. The PE/PA sintered filter cartridge features uniform pore size and high precision—it can filter particles as small as 0.2 μm, with a particle impurity filtration efficiency of over 99%. The microporous filter tube is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, most organic solvents, and highly corrosive chemicals. It is non-toxic and odorless, making it extremely suitable for applications in pharmaceutical and sanitary fields, as well as in the production of food, beverages, and wine. The microporous filter tube is easy to use, with a slow increase in resistance, and can be used for a long time through regeneration. It has high mechanical strength, is not easily damaged, and has a long service life. For the regeneration of the microfilter tube, a "gas-water mixed fluid" can be used for rapid backflushing regeneration: the particles blocked on the capillary walls of the microfilter tube are blown off by backflushing, and the tube can be put into operation after forward and reverse flushing. If the service cycle is long and the microfilter tube is severely contaminated and cannot be cleaned thoroughly by backflushing, it can be soaked in a 20% dilute acid solution for 24 hours, followed by backflushing and flushing, after which it can be used normally.
