The Principle of Pure Water Filter Bag Precision Filter Housing

Precision filter housing (also known as security filter housing) generally have a cylinder shell made of stainless steel, and inside, tubular filter elements such as PP spun filter cartridge, yarn filter cartridge, pleated filter cartridge, titanium filter elements, and activated carbon filter elements are used as filtration components.
Different filtration components are selected based on different filtration media and design processes, to meet the requirements of the effluent water quality.
It is used for solid–liquid separation of various suspensions, as well as for the filtration of pharmaceutical liquids with high environmental requirements and high filtration accuracy.
It has a wide range of applications, and is suitable for industrial fields such as medicine, food, chemical engineering, environmental protection, and water treatment.

In industrial production, products that require pure water need pure water equipment to solve the problem of production water. Pure water equipment is composed of quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, precision filters, and RO filtration systems.
Among them, the precision filter (also known as the security filter) in front of the RO system is the last filtration system before the water from the pretreatment (sand filter, carbon filter) enters the reverse osmosis membrane.

It is equipped with a 5um high-precision spun filter element, which can remove fine particles larger than 5 microns and eliminate impurities such as oil mist and solid particles. 

Due to the characteristics of PP cotton, such as large water flow, uniform structure, large dirt-holding capacity, low pressure loss, and stable efficiency.
