Wedge wire filter, also known as johnson water filter. It was first introduced by the Johnson Company of the United States, thus named johnson water systems. It is made by pre-rolling stainless steel wire or high manganese steel wire into V-shaped wound wire (screen wire, screen bar) and then welding it around the support bar. Each intersection point is connected by fusion welding, which makes the structure firm and has good mechanical properties. The V-shaped section prevents blockage while ensuring smooth water flow. It can be used in conjunction with deep well pumps and submersible pumps, and also in water treatment equipment for environmental protection. 

Petrochemical industry: Terminal filtration of petroleum products, filtration of chemical, acid and alkali liquids, and recovery filtration of organic solutions such as alcohol.
